Retail Market Procedures (Queensland)
This notice informs all Gas Market Registered Participants and other interested parties that AEMO has prepared and published two Impact & Implementation Reports (I&IR). One proposal is to change the definition of Host Retailer and the other is to revise the Procedures (section 7.8) to prevent revision settlements overlapping a final settlement. The I&IRs provide a critical examination of each proposal along with the proposed effective date and AEMO's recommendation whether the proposed changes should be approved.
Both these proposals are non-material and unlikely to have any significant financial or operational impact, there AEMO considers the expedited procedure change process as described in Clause 135EF of the NGR are applicable.
Gas Market Registered Participants and other interested parties are invited to submit comments on these proposals to AEMO (contact details are contained on the I&IRs) by 5:00pm (EST) on Friday 25 September 2009.
